It was so lovely to see little Charlie and his parents Ross and Mia again, after his last photoshoot when he was only a small baby. This photoshoot was completely different and involved a lot of running around! His grandparents also came along for some group shots and mentioned how keen they were to have a photograph of Charlie smiling and looking at the camera – so the pressure was on! Sometimes photographing children can look a lot easier than it is, the end results don’t show any behind the scenes hard work from all the family to keep the happy mood and divert the tears and tantrums! I think it’s really important to keep the photoshoot short around this age (two years) so they don’t get too fed up and to meet somewhere where they can roam free as much as possible. Right near the end of the photoshoot, Charlie was more used to me chasing him around and smiled his gorgeous natural smile right into the lens, mission complete!!!
